I had purchased JBL bar studio model number JBLBARSBLKEP with serial number ND****- HI******* from Amazon.in on **-**-**** cost Rs. ****. It is not working from **-**-****. I contacted JBL service centre through email from ** March till now. A lot of times their response is "will contact you".

****-***-**** this is their service centre number. I am not getting any useful reply from them. It had a *-month replaceable warranty and *-year service warranty. Please help.
