Infinix - Warranty not given

I purchased a tablet from infinix (infinix pad x). Their display stopped working due to manufacturing defect. I purchased it on *th March **** and the warranty is of one year. But they are denying me warranty because their is a scratch on the back of the tablet. And they said they don't give warranty if thier is scratch or normal wear and tear. Please help
