Mivi Thunder Beats wireless earphones - Warranty Claim

I ordered Mivi Thunderbeats through Mivi's official website. I found that it had stopped working by itself. The device was not turning on, I tried charging the device but it did not respond. I even tried charging it with different Micro USBs but it also didn't work. The product is well within the warranty period and I informed the same to MIVI. They didn't respond initially but after a trail of e-mails they arranged for a pickup for testing. Now it has been over two weeks since the product has been lying with MIVI Hyderabad Office. I have asked the customer support to update on me on the issue but they shed off their responsibility by saying that it is under testing.
