I have purchased mivi thunderbeats in the last of July from amazon but after *.* months its mic stop working so I mailed at support@mivi.in so they arrange a pick up for. Me on **th product is picked from my side and after that whenever I mailed them to know tha status of my product their reply is same that they will check with concerned department and get back to me now this will turn irritating all the time please help me
