I purchased Mivi Duo Pods M** on **/**/** from Mivi.com which had a warranty of ** months. Since then I had successfully claimed warranty * times as the product was faulty. But even then the issues weren't resolved. So, I claimed my warranty *rd time and the product was successfully recieved by Mivi on **/**/** with an official acknowledgement email. Since then it has been * months and I haven't recieved the repaired/replaced product. I have been repeatedly contacting their support staff but to no avail. Most of the times they didn't respond to my emails. Their contact number had a wait time over ** mins when I could finally reach them on **/**/**. Still there hasn't been any resolution till date. I emailed them again with a new thread on **/**/** and their official response came today i.e. **/**/**. They are repeatedly asking me to be patient and cooperative without any further resolution.
A product is bought out of necessity. The warranty is supposed to be a tool of grievance redressal. Whereas I have been inconveniently waiting for the product to be repaired/replaced since these last * months. What a customer is supposed to do in the meantime? The necessity doesn't wait.
Mivi has been irresponsive and irresponsible with my complaints and hence I am approaching VOXYA with high hopes of some resolution.
