Subject: Urgent Complaint: Boat Headphones - Financial and Mental Distress

I am filing a complaint regarding my boat headphones purchase [Boat Rockerzz *** ANC ], seeking your assistance in resolving persistent issues. Despite a proper replacement request and confirmation of no physical damage, the warranty claim was canceled, stating the product is physically damage . The replacement headphones are broken, and the original box was not included, resulting in financial losses.
Your intervention is requested to expedite a fair resolution to address the financial and mental troubles caused by this ordeal.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
