Haier brand television - Warranty claim for Haier Tv not solved

I have purchased Haier Tv Model-LE**K****GA SR no.- DH-*VK*D******N*M**** Regd mobile no.- ********** Date of purchase- **/**/****. After using the product for a few months, I started having problems with it. On **-feb-**** I contacted the company for assistance; however, the company did not provide the required service on time. Despite contacting the company several times for help, yet I have not received any service.
Now the Haier company through mail making false statements that I have purchased the product with the offer price, so no warranty will be applicable.
If Haier company case is true that the dealer informed me about no warranty then why the same dealer provided me stamped warranty card?
And also why the haier company send Haier technician the very next day for free installation if the product is not having any warranty?
The truth is that the dealer provided valid warranty with proof and free installation done by haier company.
