Haier brand television - tv fault

I purchased one haier tv of Rs.*****/- at Trichy Vasanth & Co. on **.**.**** and i insured this item through Bajaj Finserv. before * months the tv would be fault. And i asked that two concerns called vasanth & co and Bajaj Finserv they will be promised to repair that tv. But they are not able to repair it. because there is no panel that tv. they told me, to give Rs.****/- But i don't want that money. last eight months they are disruption me. so, i request the honourable court, to give correct remedy and compensation for disruption .
