Lloyd - Warranty claim declined

I own a LED TV from Lloyd on **-jul-****. The Product has * year standard warranty and i buy * year additional warranty. So Total * Years.
On **-march-**** i register a complaint on the service center as the TV is completely dead and not working.
Later the technician came and found Panel board was damage and needs a replacement.
now its been * months still the product not fixed and i got reply from service center that the model is not in production and spare parts not available.
they are ask me to pay additional ***** rs for replace with new model.
The product is still under warranty.
