Otipy - wallet refund not received

I am filing this complaint against Otipy for failing to refund my wallet balance of ₹**** after they abruptly stopped their operations.
Otipy discontinued its services without providing a proper refund mechanism for customers who had money remaining in their wallets. The company had communicated that wallet refunds would be processed within a stipulated time period; however, no refund has been credited till date.
Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer support through email and other available channels, there has been no response or resolution. My money remains stuck, causing financial loss and inconvenience.
This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as the wallet amount was prepaid and collected in good faith.
Relief Sought:
Immediate refund of ₹*** to my bank account or original payment method.
Appropriate action against the company for non-refund and lack of communication.
I request Voxya to take up this matter and help me get my rightful refund.
