I am writing to request a refund of the amount currently showing in my Otipy wallet. I am no longer able to use the platform and would appreciate if the balance could be transferred back to my original payment method or to my bank account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

They cant keep innocent customer's money like this. One fine day stopped operation and not refunding the money which was in the wallet.
