Snow Travel Club - Waiting for refund of booking amount

This is to bring to your notice that I have been recently pulled into a fraudulent act in which travel company “snow travel club (http://www.snowtravelclub.com/)” has looted INR **,***/- from me towards family travel trip to Tirupati. On the day of booking I was communicated that the trip will cost a total of **, ***/- (Inclusive of taxes) which will include stay and site seeing.
I made the complete payment of INR **,***/- into company account [protected] (Equitas small finance bank), below are the details for the transfer

On **-Feb **** I received a call from the travel company asking me to pay ****/- more for the trip failing to meet their original commitment of *****/-. The reason quoted was an earlier quote in no more workable. I requested them to cancel the booking and refund me back the entire amount of **, ***/- but they said cancellation will attract approx **% cancellation charges.
After I lodged a complaint to consumer forum, Mr Rakesh from Snow Travel Club called me on *-Mar-**** and asked for settlement and ready to refund the amount till **-Mar-****. After **-Mar-****, they have extended the refund date to *-Apr-****. But till date, I didn't receive my payment.
