Snow Travel Club - Honeymoon package amount not refunded

I had book the honeymoon package of ***** for * night and * days for Shimla and Manali from Snow travel club. I had made the *st payment for ***** from paytm for booking after that they had demand for the remaining payment of ***** because hotel honeymoon Inn asking for full payment and I made the remaining amount to the company account. After some days they request more **** because hotel honeymoon inn is not in the budget of ***** which was earlier package amount. I made the additional **** requested by snow travel club and transfer to the company account and they are agreed this is the last payment will be but now I had asked the confirmation email for the hotel booking and another booking. Now they ask GST amount near about ****. Gst was already included in the earlier package of *****. See payment confirmation via email. So kindly opine and refund back.
I also had emailed to head office of Snow travel club and they confirmed multiple times refund will be credited in some days and lastly confirm on ** April'**. See attached screenshot.
