Make My Trip - Voucher never received

I know no one bother about this issue. It was promised to me * months ago that i will get future travel voucher as MMT cancelled my hotel booking last day. That agent told me he will fwd the voicher of **** rs in * working days which never happened. Recently when i wanted to make a new booking i thought of using it but when i checked i never received it. I got a call from same agent Mohm ulladin he said this tym it will be done maz time is *-* days but surely it will be donewithin ** hours and also he added **** rs voucher more total **** rs voucher should be credited in my mmt by last monday but it never happened. I tried calling and try to talk to same agent but he never called me back and the agents who called me back they promised they ll sought this out within ** hours i didnt hear anything from them as well. To behonest this is really ridiculous if you cant fulfil customers needs than dont promise it. My mom dad my sister my fiance all use mmt but seriouslt aftr this not at all....i had trust on mmt but not any more.....upcoming flights which i booked that is the last thing i hv done using mmt aftr this no never and ll tell the same to my family and friends and i am going to complaintregarding this and post all the mail your agent promised but never happened.
