Magicpin - Voucher bought from magicpin but the outlet is not accepting

I have bought a Van Heusen voucher from magicpin and have visited the the store to redeem that, but the store staff refused to accept that voucher and said we have closed this voucher. If the voucher is closed then why it is listed on magicpin. I want refund for my voucher.
