Sanoj Kumar filed complaint against Vodafone on Jul 30, 2020
I am a Vodafone postpaid user, and Vodafone provided free mobile insurance with the postpaid plan.
In an unfortunate event, my handset got broken (negligible crack on screen) and raised a insurance claim on ** April **** so they picked up the handset from my location. Claim was approved (Inprincipal Approval) as a total loss on ** Nov **** which I happily agreed and courier all accessories, bill, box, and documents requested.
I didn't heard back for more than * month. After * month, I got reply that my documents are incomplete, so I resent all the documents. Document verification again took so long, and my claim got approved for the final settlement (Rs.*****) on ** Feb ****. And from that day, I am still waiting for my payment. I have written several times to Vodafone customer care, their appellate authority, twitter and called several times but every effort went into vain and nothing happened.

In fact, I escalated the issue with Vodafone appellate authority and they promised to resolved the matter by **th July **** and provided the complaint reference number (service request number is: *-***********).
I am still waiting but in vain. Please help me to get my hard earned money.
