Deepak Rana filed complaint against vodafone on Sep 3, 2018
I have been using ********** and ********** vodafone postpaid connections for past many months. On * june i got transferred to Srinagar , i thought being a postpaid connection it will function in Srinagar(j and k) too. But signal and data quality was too weak. *, * and * june i kept on talking to their reps and did as they guided me to my sim and handset but nothing worked. As i was out of communication for * days on * jun i took another sim of service provider whose service were good .On * june i emailed vodafone to disconnect my ********** number and till ** june i sent more than */ * emails from my registered email id and from my vodafone app too.
** june onwards i had neither used ********** to calls nor data. I got a bill of *** on ** june which i paid. On ** june i got a email of disconnection confirmation of ********** stating a refund of only ** rs out of *** rs security deposit . I kept on asking the reasons of rs *** bill and deduction of *** security deposit but till now ive not got any reply.
*.Seeing their poor responce i sent them * emails i.e *,* and * sept to close my second number ********** too.
*.few days ago i got anotheremai from vodafone that only ** rs out of *** rs security deposit will be refunded.
*. they also stated that their rep could not find my house to deliverthe refund cheque.
*. i am surprised that how their rep could find my house twice for my house verification when i bought * new connections.
* they will disconnect my ********** late and then ask me to pay inflated bill or deduct my security deposit of this number too.
