Vodafone - vodafone looted my balance with a call from official number

Just * days in the new Vodafone family and i had no knowledge of regular scams run by Vodafone (ported my Tata Docomo number to Vodafone) and Vodafone itself looted me off my balance. what a cheat. Yesterday I received a call from Vodafone **********
which asked me to play a quiz and if all the answers are provided correctly I would win rs. *** recharge. there was No mention of charges for the game ( therefore it was supposed to be free). I thought this might be some sort of Independence day offer campaign or new customer welcome offer from Vodafone ( official call) so, i played on. I answered all the answers correctly. but I was not provided with the gift of rs.*** instead Vodafone deducted Rs. ** from my main balance. I don't know what kind of scam Vodafone is running. even the customer support didn't bother to help. If Vodafone continues cheating its own customers like this, it won't be long till Vodafone company gets bankrupt like Aircel, reliance and other telcos. I need justice. I must tell you it's not about the money but about being right and honest. It makes a person morally weak to know that they have been duped and cheated. Severe action should be taken against Vodafone so that no other customer gets duped in the future. If actions are not taken against reputed companies like Vodafone and they get escaped after running scams on national level day after day. I won't be much amused to read about the appearance of new Nirav Modi's and Vijay Mallia's every other day. thank you
