Vodafone - Vodafone Internet

I am Vodafone user from Deoria, Uttar Pradesh. I have complain many time to Vodafone for internet issues but they are not resolving it properly and some hour again i am facing that same problem. And the most annoying things is they are always giving a certain period of time to resolve the problem but they don't solve it properly. And In that duration of time user money get wasted and can't able to renew that! * * days thay take to resolve the problem and money get wasted in these day but then also they can't fix it and again give a time.

TRAI should take strict action towards them!
