Sir,
I am Vodafone customer since last *-* years and I am using mobile no **********. in the month of July I was lured to get my prepaid connection converted in to postpaid. For which I depositted *** Rs as security but later on I was told by few other customers that vodafone prepaid is better than postpaid. I gave it a thought and requested not to convert my prepaid no into postpaid no. but Vodafone did not considered my request and suspended my prepaid number and now they are forcing me to convert my number to postpaid no.
As I have not activated the postpaid number and still in th eprocess of conversion I want my mobile no ********** to stay prepaid number and I dont want to convert it to postpaid.
I raised this grievance to the vodafone customer care as well as to Nodal officer UPE of Vodafone but nothing has been done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
