Anand Kumar filed complaint against Vodafone on Sep 10, 2017
I recharged a number through paytm of ***. Unfortunately ,my number ending with ** was not recharged and the same number ending with ** was recharged. I tried to call vodafone to make correction. They lie they cannot correct this. These idiots deduct unjustified amounts every single day and say they are unable to deduct any amount with reasonable cause and transfer it to my balance. Now, they have blocked my number in customer care, so that I cannot ask customer care executive. They are not replying to my email. I called their head office and the phone kept ringing for * minutes. They did not even pick up the call and deducted * rs. From my account. I have lost more than ** Rs. from yesterday talking to them and they are simply lying and now even blocking my complaint. Kindly transfer these *** Rs.
