Hi,
I booked below flights on specific date for specific purpose
**th April ****: Indore to Dubai (Air India)
** April ****: Dubai to London (Saudi Arabian)
** May : London to Mumbai (Air India)

* passengers was travelling for above dates. details mentioned in ticket.

My Above flights cancelled due to covid ** situation. My Purpose of visit to above place was for specific dates mentioned above. if by any reason, flights cancelled then my purpose of visit is lost and future date travel option will not help me at all.

Airlines not providing any refund in such a case and also providing rescheduling facility on future date by paying fare difference amount

Government should take strict action on airlines as airlines cant take both decisions in their favor

*) We pay for service on specific time and date. if airlines doesn't provide service on that time. we need refund. simple thumb rule.

Government and airlines should support to passengers in such financial crisis situation where we paid in advance, still didnt get service and now airlines forcing us to travel on future date whether than giving refund. this refund amount we can use for our survival and airlines doesnt have single rights to save in their wallet without providing service on time.

I need high attention on this ticket. Going to spread this thing on large scale to make people aware about Air India response on such a situation. These are our indian people money which airlines cant save in their wallet.

Kindly need solution on same asap
