Air India Goibibo - No refund nor modification
MUMIT SHAIKH filed complaint against Air India Goibibo on Jun 3, 2020
My wife was about to travel from Air India on **th april **** but due ro covid-** entire country was lockdown so the flight was automatically got cancelled by airlines itself. Pnr no AI /Y*JHX, but as of now flight have resumed it properly under the guidance of Gov of india, but still i didnt receive my modification intimation or i hav got the refund from airlines for the past few days im trying regularly to contact airlines and goibibo website company but they are not giving me any proper response..they are fooling me around.plzzz do the needful for me..requestimg to DGCA.
