Atlys - Visa dates missed Passport not being returned

Hi.
I applied for a visa through Atlys on the **th of March **** for Japan. The promised date was April **th and I started planning my trip accordingly for April **th. The passport was collected from my house and reached the Atlys office in the next few days. Post this I got no updates about the application till the *th of April when someone from their team called me and said the visa could be delayed by *-* days. To this I replied that my trip is planned for the **th, if the application does not go through in the next *-* days then cancel the application and return the passport and they said they'll update by end of day. Post this I stopped receiving calls, stopped receiving replies on their chat support. I kept asking for updates but nothing. I then mailed their escalation team on email but received no update. The Visa date has passed, my entire trip is ruined and my passport is still not being returned. They'll stopped replying to all forms of communication. They have no customer care phone no.s on their website either. This is pure harassment now as my other travel plans are also getting hampered with no ETA on when my passport will be returned.
