Atlys - Not delivered Schengen visa services

I paid Rs. **,*** to Atlys on August *, ****, for Schengen visa services, including an appointment on a specified date as displayed on their website. However, no services were provided for the selected European country. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past two weeks, Atlys has neither processed the refund nor provided any valid explanation.
