Viphexa - Vip number not received

I booked a number on *nd August and make a online transaction of **** rupees after completing the payment it shows me three days for delivering the number but after that one week I waited but I did not receive any type of number or any type of code then I called VIP Hexa and they told me that the number I have booked has been dead due to some problem and I am not be able to buy that number so they told me that you can choose another number or after ** days will you will get your refund and now it's been more than one month I did not receive my refund and everyday they just say me that tomorrow tomorrow I will receive my money and when I say them to transfer my call to your senior they always make a issue excuses that our seniors are not here festivals are going on and so on look after my problem thank you so much
