My complaint is that stn box not working properly screen shows Smart Card not inserted properly & hence I can not view any channel.When contacted they say we will send engineer & he will correct it for which they want me * pay ₹ ***/-I do not want to pay because this service must be free though warranty period is lapsed.I do not want to pay
because they delebrately inserted inside so that consumer has to pay & engineers will earn
If such problem exist with ** consumers they can earn ****/- per day.For no fault of consumer-hence I want to get it recfied free of cost.Other service providers come free of cost
