Since **th June,till date non of their engineers have attended calls,when i have called them they replied that my complaint has been resolved and so it is closed. Today when i have again called them they gave me reason of heavy rain fall in my area,so i replied them that if it is raining then this service was to be closed to every one, i have asked them to clear the complaint with in next * hours.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
