i was having a issue with my connection * days back and raised a complaint in customer care today technician as Visited and rectified the issue, issue was with the Adapter and it as bean replaced and now to activate my services they are tell me to change my current hd modem to the normal modem the local service provider name R R INFOCOMM c k complex P P C cross road UDUPI Delear No **********. tell me that she will not activate my services till I give back my current modem I need a immediately resolution on it and my account to be activated ASAP.
