Hi sir,
I had taken the loan from Citi bank and Bajaj finserve in the year of **** and I had told both the bank representative ecs deduction date need to put * to *th of every month. Bajaj finserve has done the same and there was no issue till I had cleared the loan. But when first ecs was presented by citi bank which was on *st of month then I got shocked as they had not followed there promised. When my first ecs rejected I got a call from citi bank and I had requested to change the date but they were denied to do the same when I had asked to give me the option of neft so I can make the payment by *nd so I will not get double charged. Citi bank representative was not helping me in the full tenure of my loan as I am working in the private sector so some time salary gets delay by a day of some time they use to transfer on the *st end of the day in all this case I used to get charged from Axis and Citi bank in the month on sep'**. Got a call from Mr Rahul Negi I had told him my problem and he has insured me on call (Citi bank record all the guest call) that he will be helping me and provided me neft details. I had started paying my emi from neft then after as per telephonic conversation he has ensured me that from now onwards there will be no ecs presentation so you pay the amount by *nd and if u fail to do the same. I will getting calls from there call centre. I had ensured that I will be paying on time my emi. Again I had received a message of ecs on the same day. I had mailed to him but he doesn't bother to inform me anything. I had makeup my mind that I will beg or borrow but need to finish Citi bank loan which I had paid in the month of December ****.
My complaint to citi bank:-
*) Why they had given wrong commitment and playing with the words there is no emotion for them for their customer.
*) Who will be paying my loss of money which was occurred due to citi bank ecs presentation?
*) What about the mental stress they had given me during my loan tenure.
*) During the conversation with the citi bank representative has told me that if I go to court nothing will be getting change as there are several cases on them so if you do then just the count increased. They are so big that they can play with people emotionally and they try to demoralise by showing their brand value. Requesting to provide me speedy justice. At any point of time if you need any support do let me know if I don’t have I will take time to arrange the same.
