Citibank - cashback not received

I have purchased an iPhone *+ on the Citi bank credit card on **st October **** Amount Rs. *****/-. There is an offer of **% cashback on the Citi bank credit card on iPhone *+. I have also attached the charge slip of that transaction where it is mentioned that you are eligible for a cashback of **% within *** days. But it has been more than *** days still I have not received any cashback from last * months. I am trying to contact Citi bank through the mail and customer care but they are not resolving my problem. My Citi bank query reference number is ********. Please help me with this.
