we activated a roaming pack on vodafone for USA and dubai since senior citizens, both on wheelchair were travelling alone and needed to call people to pick them up from JFK.

The pack was not activated and NO ONe on customer care was helpful. in fact they callously kept me on hold for hours and disconnected calls and were arrogant and flippant instead of decent. They claimed a lot of convinient lies such as the the hours and time had ben used up. which is impossible because the mobile was out of network on a flight since the time of activation
