Vodafone And Idea VI - Very slow internet and frequent call drops on Vodafone network in my area

I am facing issues with Vodafone (VI) network since December ****, have raised * complaints so far, for slow internet speed and frequent call drops. But the VI customer care just calls and informs that the issue has been found and we are working on it, but they don't know how much time it will take to solve it. It's almost *months facing the same issue.
