Go Life Vacation OPC Pvt Ltd - Very rude people and not giving proper resolution

I have purchased membership in Sep-**** end and at the time of purchasing membership they promised me that they provide * and * star resrots all over india but when I saw their portal they mostly have very cheap and * star hotels and resorts. I called the customer care but did not get proper resolution. I called the executives from whom I purchased membership even from them I did not get proper resolution and they were very rude. I felt I am cheated they showed different list of resorts at the time of selling membership but now I can see very few options. I sent a mail to cutomer care to provide me a proper list of resorts but they are not responding. They are sending the same list again and again and when I asked them for exchange policy they are not even replying to my mail. I want to cancel my membership and refund.
