On Feb *rd I placed an order for a dress from Vastrova.com which I found through Facebook. Dress cost was ₹ ****. It was delivered after ** days. The product that I received was not the same one I saw on their website except the colour. They agreed to accept the return but the money was added to the wallet deducting the handling charges of ₹ *** instead of a refund. I had to book another dress as I could not leave the money in the wallet. I booked another dress worth ₹**** and again the same thing repeated. The products they deliver are not worth ₹*** also but they are charging thousands. I have been cheated twice with the poorest of the poor quality dress material. I have been requesting and following up to get the refund but they are not agreeing. Please help me. I have attached the pictures of the dress I ordered and the dress that was delivered.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
