Indian Elegance bhavana exports - Very Poor Quality Anarkali Not as Shown Refund Needed

I placed an order for an Anarkali worth ₹****, but the product I received is of very poor quality and looks extremely cheap. It does not match the images shown on the website and is not worth the amount paid. The product appears completely different from what was advertised.
Since the time of delivery, I have been trying to contact the seller through all available channels, including WhatsApp and other contact details provided. However, there has been no response from their side. Their phone is switched off, and they are not replying to any messages.
Additionally, their Instagram account has been deactivated, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the seller. I also noticed that the reviews on their platform appear to be fake, and the product images seem to be copied from other sources, misleading customers into purchasing.
Although the website mentions a refund policy, there is no actual option or process provided to request a refund. This clearly indicates fraudulent behavior and lack of customer support.
I request a full refund of my payment at the earliest and appropriate action against this seller for misleading customers.
