Indian Elegance bhavana exports - Refund not receives

I ordered an outfit from the Indian Elegance website and had opted for an XS size. But the product I received was XXL, I was not very happy with it, so I reached out to the customer service team. At first, they did not respond, and then I also emailed them. The email bounced back, and the mail address was not found. After constant follow-ups on WhatsApp, the customer service team finally responded and promised that they will send somebody to collect the defective piece and send the correct size, which is XS.
When the delivery boy came again to hand over the piece, it turned out to be the same XXL item with just a little bit of stitching done towards the end. The bust was still large, and the piece did not fit me, so it was literally the same outfit they sent me again.

Finally, I asked them that I don't want any exchange of the product, just refund me the amount. Now they have blocked my Instagram. I am unable to reach them. They are not responding to my calls or my WhatsApp message. It's very disappointing and unprofessional. I'm extremely worried about my money that is parked with them.
