Pizza Hut India - Very pathetic service for order

Hello Team,

It is a very pathetic experience for the service given by Pizza Hut in regards to order ********. My order is already delayed a lot and still not delivered.

I would like to escalate this issue to the highest authority and would like to have a refund against this order.

No Pizza delivered neither refund has been processed. Highly pathetic customer service from Pizza Hut. Never expected this from such a reputed brand.

I will never ever order from Pizza Hut again
