Pizza Hut India - Non delivery of services no refund provided

An order ( ID: ********) was placed on **th Sept, **** at *:** pm and was expected to be delivered at *:**pm, which was not delivered. Infact, no calls from the store and redressal was given. To the fact that ** mins delivery policy applies, it is never applied to the orders.
At **:**pm later the same night, a message is sent by the store that the order is out for delivery. Again, which was a false communication. The order never came and no call to inform the customer was done. Despite calling Customer Service, the refund status seems unfulfilled and lack of services provided as claimed in the terms and conditions are completely infringed.
