Food Panda - very late, cold meals with missing items at restaurant closing time

and what a joke, when you call next day then they asked snap shot of last midnight meal.
also two items were missing from the meals
food panda is unable to resolve the query and even they are not providing any supervisor no. and we can never contact them over phone.
meals had become ice and waste food after * hours of placing orders.
