I was supposed to receive a call back from a supervisor, which I didn't. My order was cancelled twice by the delivery guy just for the reason that he didn't know my location which was hardly * kms away. And my entire family including my * year old nephew was waiting for the food. Which makes the situation worse. And the location that I live in is a prime location. My building itself has *** flats, **% of them are bachelor's and tenants. Imagine the scope or magnanimity of the business Food Panda is losing because of the delivery guys cancelling the order. When I told about complaining the case of the delivery guy, the delivery guy was so inconsiderate, that he told me to go ahead and complain shamelessly. If a complaint is overlooked so easily by the delivery guys I'm too sure it's not been efficiently taken care by Food Panda.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
