Vi - Very irresponsible and bad behaviour

I'm a Vi user, I've been using their postpaid plan currently. Yesterday I went to Vi store to pay my bill of *** rupees. That store is located in Girish Park, Kolkata. One of their staff asked to give the money which I did, after taking the money he told me "you can go now, you'll receive a message shortly after your recharge is done". So I went back home and still didn't received any message from Vi yesterday, I was worried because I'm a student I cannot afford to pay that much amount twice if they fraud me. So today morning I started calling their store, they didn't responded several times, after that I found another number of their store on Google, thankfully they received this time but the lady who I was talking with mislead, lied, harassed me, she was very arrogant. When I told her "this isn't the way you talk to customer" she said that "you're not my boss" and she hung up, after that she didn't received my call when I tried to call her. It's a request please look into this matter, I'll be very grateful if you do so. Thank you.
