Havells ventilator is purchased on **-**-** vide invoice no-SR/***/****-** Odisha (**). Online complaint booked on phone and complaint no is-**************.Service engineer came and open the product and find some problem and told some parts are not ok which to be changed. Since **th of November, I am following over mails, but the complaint not rectified till today (*-Jan-****).
