I am a vendor restaurant serving through Food Panda. My vendor codes are - iffp and jlau . I have to receive a sum of almost Rs ***** from Food Panda for the bills raised between October **th to November **th. These amounts are normally settled within a week. It has been ** days and I have sent multiple mails , raised complaints to their staff and also on Facebook and WhatsApp. Everytime I get a response saying they are sorry for the delay as they are having some technical difficulties. They are accepting that it's their fault and the payment should have been made long back , but they are not making any payment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
