House of lehengas - Vendor is not responding to take the item back

I purchased * pieces of Kurti from House of Lehengas. But all were different in design what was shown on their website. Also, I did not receive the correct size. As per their return policy, we need to contact them through mail to return the item within a week of receiving the item. I receive the item on **.**.**** and the same day I sent them mail for further assistance regarding the return of the item. But till today they have not responded. After **.**.**** I sent a reminder to them but no response from their end. They have also deleted my mobile no through which I was accessing my account on their website. Please help me in getting my money back from them.
