My vehicle has been picked up for service on july *th and no one has responded properly all the insurance details and authorisation was provided from the insurance company and the grievence officer also told me that this issue will be resolved by **th August as a last date and yet nothing has been done so far , Hace called the support team over ** times now everytime i get the same details saying "I will escalate this with my senior team and they will get back to you "
this has been going on again and again , the people from the service center have blocked my number and nothing has been done to fix this
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
