मैंने एक ओला का S* स्कूटर * सितंबर **** को खरीदा उसके पश्चात बहुत बार उसमें शिकायत और तकनीकी खामी आई जिसे मैं बार-बार उसके सर्विस सेंटर पर ले जाकर रिपेयरिंग कराया लेकिन दिनांक ** जुलाई **** को मेरा स्कूटर पूरा खराब हो गया जिससे मैं सर्विस सेंटर के ऊपर लेकर गया अभी तक एक माह से अधिक तक का समय हो गया है लेकिन मेरा स्कूटर अभी तक सही नहीं किया गया है जिसके कारण मुझे बहुत दिक्कत नहीं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है एवं मेरे रुपए ****** रुपए का नुकसान हो रहा है कंपनी वाले किसी भी तरह का संतोष में जवाब नहीं दे रहे हैं मैं चाहता हूं जो मैंने धन ****** रुपए स्कूल खरीदने में दिए हैं वह मुझे वापस दिया जाए एवं मेरे खराब उत्पाद को वापस लेकर कंपनी मुझे अपना भुगतान करें कंपनी का यह प्रोडक्ट बहुत खराब उत्पाद है
