My car was stolen from the Zoomcar Platform,
Losing my car has caused significant financial and emotional distress.
On **th September **** They called me and asked me to attach my car with them and after that my car was stolen because of them in the second booking.
On *th October I received a booking from Zoomcar as the name of Anshul (Guest) for ** hours from *th Oct **** **:** AM to **th Oct **** **:** AM
After the booking time ended , I tried to call MR. Anshul (Guest )but the given mobile number was switched off.
After not getting any response i had raised an escalation about the same on **th Oct at *:**pm
A ticket was created after my escalation with ticket number *******.
I got a message from the Zoomcar that our customer ANSHUL seems to need the car for a little longer and we are checking the same give us some time and we will update you on the status.
After this they sent an email following,

We acknowledge your concern and we would like to inform you that our recovery team is already working on the same and would require **-** hrs to bring the car back to your location. Here are the procedures we implement to retrieve your car:
We contact the guest to ensure the safe return of the vehicle.
If we are not able to get in touch with the guest, we track the car's location using the IOT device fitted in the car and go there to retrieve it.
If the car is not accessible, we locate the guest using the govt. documents submitted.
We also contact relevant legal authorities as needed.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused
We appreciate your cooperation and patience in this regard.

After that ..
On **th October I got an email from Zoomcar that, Your car has been located. Unfortunately, the vehicle is associated with a Legal dispute. Don’t worry, our Legal and operations team is working on the same and will reach out to you in the next ** hours.
Without verification they sent a guest to pick up my car and he is still missing after taking my car. It's been more than * Months. Their legal team has not filed an FIR till yet, I have sent multiple emails to them, there is no resolution, no efforts have been made by them to find my car.
I have provided them with pictures and videos of the guests who had come to pick up the car, yet their legal team is not making any efforts to find it.
They do not even do document verification at the time of booking. I found out after the car was stolen that anyone can steal anyone's car by submitting others documents online.
It has now been more than * months since I first brought this matter to Zoomcar's attention, and I am disheartened to say that no significant action has been taken to address it.
Despite my repeated attempts to seek updates and assistance, it appears that my concerns have been ignored. This level of disregard for a customer's legitimate issue is both disconcerting and unacceptable.
