Royal enfield classic 350 - Vehicle not Delivered so far After multiple Follow ups

I have booked one Royal Enfield classic *** on *th December ****, at that time the waiting time was of * month and the expected delivery date of bike was *th of March ****, but after multiple followup i still not getting any positive reply from the Company , could anybody please let me know what should i do here, i already registered a consumer complaint and its no. is ******* on *th of April ****.
I want to escalate it to next level now.
