Mg Motor India - Vehicle not delivered as per booking

This is regarding cheating done by MG Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Telangana state) which not only caused mental stress on me and my family, but also, caused me to get to Apollo hospitals for various tests like TMT, ECG and *D echo. MG india has given paper notification on significant reduction on some variants in local news paper. After that AGM of MG Banjara hills offered me MG Astor CVT SMART version for INR **,**,*** where in you can refer attachments for the proof. However prior to that he had lots of whatsapp chat and SMS messages with me and indirectly put pressure on me to pay advance amount through scanner to block the vehicle (I can share these proofs if you need). However scanner is not allowing me to pay more than INR ****, I shared the screen snapshot of the same on **rd Feb **** and he told me to pay that amount to block the vehicle MG ASTOR CVT SMART version and I pad the same to company through scanner. I got the booking confirmation on my registered email id avrk****@gmail.com and AGM also has sent the same to me through Whatsapp. On **th Feb ****, I got delivery confirmation email from MG Hyderabad BanjarHills dealer. In the afternoon , I went to show room and spoke to executive to show me the car. When I am about to start the process as mentioned in delivery confirmation from MG Hyderabad with Loan team, in between has come and said, your vehicle is not blocked and booked. I got shock and has put me under tremendous stress along with mild chest pain. I requested him immediately to AGM who booked the vehicle and when he met, he started telling me *-*, vehicle is not available and I asked him if that’s the case why did not you communicate, there was of no response from him. He asked me to leave from show room and promised verbally that same booked vehicle would be allotted to me by End of day, **th Feb ****. However since I got shocked and got bit chest pain during conversation with people in MG, soon after reaching home , went to Apollo hospital for cardiologist review where they did some test. In between, Executive tried reaching me (did not notice that as I was in cardiac tests). However after completion of tests, I called Executive and he said there is no vehicle available and its AGM mistake and forced me to look at other vehicles and also I told him that because of this vehicle confirmation , I released another vehicle. Executive told me that he would talk to that company and arrange that vehicle for me. Then I told him if that’s the case, why do I need to come to MG for booking and why these guys cheated me for which he did not have any answer. Since things are not going in good shape, immediately I raised an issue to pulsehub@mgmotor.co.in for support. Whenever I raise a request, I will get an email from them, I will get a call and after that I will get one standard email stating they discussed with me and hence appropriate team would look into this and they will close the ticket. This happened for * to * times and I am not seeing any resolution. I told them that I need to take media, court and other support to get justice and send reminders to MG Banjar hills to deliver my vehicle and the issue is not resolved. After I escalating , AGM has send *-* email stating he has given wrong price and started narrating another story. Had that been the case, why did he wait for * to * days to give response and why did he mad false promises. Even MG Banjarahills dealer did not come forward to settle the matter. Even though i paid token amount to block and book the vehicle as per direction given by AGM, in the booking, the amount was shown as INR **,*** and i never paid this amount
